Production Blog: Time management

I am counting down the days until we start to film. I have reviewed the script thoroughly. I think we have all of the main points down that will help us get a good opening sequence. Each scene has been reviewed cautiously. All of the minor details have been sorted out and we are ready to roll.  I have contacted the actors to ensure that their schedule align with our filming schedule. If the actors do not come then we must have understudies. This is why the communication between me and them are very important. The main roles are definite and will be fulfilled. When we start filming we would meet up around 1 or 1:30 PM. I think the props is something that we need to decide on if it something we need. We are hoping to film next week, if the weather permits. I think things will go smoothly. We may have to  start filming earlier and elongate the number of days we film. This will create better time management instead of us trying to cram everything together. I doubt we will fall behind. I think we will have enough time to add extra effects into our film. Since the editing is mainly my responsibility I have a lot of weight on my shoulder. To ensure that the editing will be done in a timely manner, I will have to set up a separate schedule for myself. I must make sure that the film transition and other components are smooth.
